Galentine’s Day, on the other hand, is a holiday that celebrates the friendships we have with all the amazing women in our lives. It was created in the popular television show, Parks and Recreation. Every February 13th, the lead character gathers together all her lady friends to celebrate each other sans men. This special day is complete with delicious breakfast foods, positive conversation and thoughtful gifts.
